1. Same-Day Appointments and Walk-Ins
Same-day appointments and walk-ins are available. Call or text (313) 598-8895. If our desired time is not listed don't hesitate to reach out and ill do my best to assist you.

2. Appointment Confirmation
Confirm appointments via text or email to (313) 598-8895 or Boykin@PremiereReturns.com at least 12 hours in advance to avoid cancellation.

Multiple cancellations will result in removal from the booking platform.

3. Required Documents
Bring all relevant documents, including:

ID: Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport.
Personal Info: Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates.
Housing Info: Lease agreements, landlord info, mortgage/property tax records.
Income: W-2s, 1099s, Social Security statements.
Dependent Info: Childcare expenses, disability paperwork.
Other: IRS letters, last year’s return, business income/expenses.

4. Consultations
Free 25-minute consultations available until February 7,2025 for one-year tax estimates only. Paid consultations are always offered. They last 50-minutes are more comprehensive. Additionally, if you proceed with tax services, the fee applies to your balance if booked within 30 days(exceptions can be made).

5. Virtual Appointments
Submit all documents including the virtual client data sheet 12 hours in advance to Boykin@PremierReturns.com to avoid cancellation. Please refer to your confirmation email which will include the link to the form.

6. Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may result in cancellation.

Refund & Payment Policy

At Premier Returns, we are committed to providing exceptional tax preparation services and ensuring client satisfaction. To protect the time, effort, and expertise invested in each client’s case, we enforce the following policies.

No Refund Policy
Premier Returns does not offer refunds for tax preparation services or tax classes. A No Refund Policy Agreement will be signed prior to the start of any service.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds:

Significant time and expertise are required to prepare tax returns, which cannot be reclaimed once services have been initiated.
Refunds are not granted for completed tax preparation services or enrolled tax classes.

Payment Options
Clients may choose from the following payment methods:

Cash or Credit Card – Clients will receive an invoice, and a receipt of payment will automatically be provided.
Bank Product – Fees can be deducted directly from your refund.

Invoices and Receipts
All clients will receive an invoice for services rendered. For clients choosing the cash or credit payment option, a receipt of payment will automatically be provided upon payment.

Bank Product Clients

A Payment Responsibility Agreement will be signed during your appointment, acknowledging the following:
- If your refund is not received due to offset, seizure, or any other reason, you are responsible for paying the full balance out of pocket.
- Payment is required immediately upon notification of non-payment by the bank product.
Failure to pay the balance in a timely manner will result in legal proceedings and/or initiation of the collection process.

Non-Refundable Fees
If you book an appointment (not a quote) and decide not to proceed with our services after the tax return(s) have been completed, there will be a $50 non-refundable fee per tax return completed to compensate for the time and effort invested in preparing your taxes.

Corrections for Errors
While we take every measure to ensure accuracy, in the rare event that an error occurs due to the tax preparer, the preparer may choose to correct the issue within a reasonable timeframe at no additional cost to the client.
