Hello, I am Teaira Boykin, your trusted Tax Professional. If tax forms, financial terminology, and spreadsheets feel overwhelming, you are not alone. My goal is to simplify the process and provide clear guidance so you can move forward with confidence.

Free 25 minute basic consultations are virtual only and available through February 6 2026. These sessions are limited to one year tax estimates only.
Paid consultations are always available and are 50 minutes in length. These sessions are more in depth and may include multi year reviews planning guidance and business related questions.
If you move forward with tax preparation services within 30 days of a paid consultation the consultation fee may be applied toward your final balance. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
For all virtual appointments required documents including the virtual client data sheet must be submitted at least 12 hours prior to your appointment to boykin@premierereturns.com.
Please refer to your confirmation email for the link to the required form. Appointments may be canceled if documents are not received on time.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may result in cancellation and may require rescheduling.

At Premier Returns, we are committed to providing professional and reliable tax preparation services. To protect the time, effort, and expertise invested in each client engagement, the following payment and refund policies apply to all services.
Engagement Letter Requirement
All clients must review and sign a Tax Preparation Engagement Letter at the start of service. This agreement outlines the scope of services, client responsibilities, fees, and disclosures. Services will not begin until the engagement letter is executed.
No-Refund Policy
Premier Returns does not issue refunds for tax preparation services or tax-related classes. A No-Refund Policy Agreement will be signed prior to the start of any service.
Why Refunds Are Not Offered
Tax preparation requires professional judgment, time, and expertise once work has begun.
Completed tax preparation services and enrolled tax classes are non-refundable regardless of filing outcome or a client decision to discontinue services.
Payment Options
Clients may choose from the following payment methods:
Invoices and Receipts
All clients receive an invoice for services rendered. Clients who pay by cash or credit card will automatically receive a receipt at the time of payment.
Bank Product Clients and Payment Responsibility
Clients selecting refund fee deduction must sign a Payment Responsibility Agreement during their appointment. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge the following:
Non-Refundable Preparation Fees
If you schedule a tax preparation appointment and choose not to proceed after your tax return has been completed, a $50 non-refundable fee per completed tax return will apply to cover the time and labor invested.
Corrections for Errors
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, if an error occurs that is solely attributable to the tax preparer, the correction may be made within a reasonable timeframe at no additional cost to the client.
